Building With Lace Knitting Class using Michell Hunter’s Book-Building with Lace-It’s not too late to join!!

Building in Lace is a year-long class designed to help you learn skills and techniques for mastering lace knitting. The class is composed of active learning sessions every other month and the month in between, resource/rescue sessions. You will move sequentially through Michelle Hunter’s book, Building with Lace and will have finished an heirloom worthy shawl when the class is finished.

Class begins Jan.31, 9:00-11:00 and continues Feb.28, March 28, April 25, May 23, June 27, July 25, Aug.22, Sept.26, Oct.24, Nov. TBD, and Dec. TBD.
Skill level recommended:  intermediate knitter who can confidently: cast on&off, knit, purl, k2tog, p2tog, yo, ssk, sl wyif, sl wyib, and cdd.

Class fee: $200 (this is less than $20/class) plus materials- Book and yarn.

We ask that you purchase your yarn and book from Sunshine Weaving and Fiber Arts. There is a 10% discount on the yarn bought for the class.
