Weaving 101 Wall Hanging Workshop Sat. Feb.28 11:00-2:00

Curious about weaving but not sure where to start? This beginner-friendly workshop is a hands-on introduction to frame-loom weaving, designed for students with no prior experience.

In this class, you’ll learn the fundamentals of weaving, including how to set up and warp a  frame-loom, the difference between warp and weft, and three foundational weaving techniques. You’ll explore texture, color, and pattern while learning how to add fringe or tassels and finish your piece properly.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have designed and completed your own small woven wall hanging.

All instruction is guided step-by-step, with plenty of time for creativity and individual support.

You’ll leave with:
• A completed woven wall hanging
• A solid understanding of basic weaving techniques
• The confidence to continue weaving on your own

No prior weaving experience required!
